1.0 Introduction
This report presents the performance and key activities of Seeta View Secondary School during the first quarter of the academic year 2026 (January–March). The report highlights achievements, challenges, and recommendations based on the principles of Economy, Efficiency and Effectiveness (3Es).

3.0 Academic performance
Teaching and learning proceeded normally, the school conducted continuous assessment, departmental meetings and mid-term examinations to evaluate student progress.
4.0 Staff management
The school has 38 teaching staff and 14 non-teaching staff. Staff meetings and professional development sessions were conducted to enhance teaching effectiveness.
5.0 infrastructure and facilities
Key improvements included renovation of classrooms, construction of additional pit latrines, repair of the water system, and expansion of the library.

Activities included football competitions, debate club sessions, music dance and drama practice, and preparations for district sports competitions.
9.0 Challenges
Delayed school fees payment, limited laboratory equipment, overcrowding in some classrooms, and rising costs of scholastic materials.
10. Conclusion
The first quarter of 2026 was generally successful. The school continues to apply the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness in managing resources.
