D, 2001).
The finding from the conceptual frame wotk indicates that key dimensions for employee motivation like , Recongnition of employees performance ,Giving employees rewards, Prospects of future promotion, Empowerment and Attending to employes concerns with care have an influence towards organizational performance like ; Organizational effectiveness,Increase ouput , Effectiveness of employees , Good customer care,Customer satiafaction and Timely delivery of the required services. However tyhe above are affected by intervening variables like Government policies, Competitors in the market and General economic level, (Parasuraman, 2004)
